Revenue Team – Spain: Barcelona (open to any location in Spain). Full‑Time Hybrid | Full‑Time Remote.

What You Will Do

You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This hunter role carries a quota and requires building your own pipeline. Lighthouse deploys an Agent AI infrastructure (Enablement, Pre‑Sales, and Coaching agents) to support an efficient sales process, allowing you to focus on relationship building, discovery, and closing.

Where You Will Have Impact

  • Own your territory and quota, build and execute a strategic territory plan to generate a net‑new pipeline, maintain 3× pipeline coverage, forecast honestly, and take full accountability for results.
  • Generate a substantial share of your own pipeline through outbound sequences, ICP targeting, Lighthouse Connect events, and industry conferences—this is not an SDR‑reliant role.
