The Account Manager is responsible for managing Controlled Channel Partners and their outlets' performance, day-to-day operations, and the expansion of Postpaid sales distribution. The role also involves devising and reporting competitor activities, planning and executing promotions, and ensuring compliance and integrity in accordance with CelcomDigi values.
Responsibilities
- Manage Controlled Channel Partners and outlets' performance
- Develop and expand Postpaid sales distribution
- Devise and report competitor activities
- Plan and execute promotions at store/outlet level
- Monitor and ensure dealers/outlets comply with CelcomDigi guidelines
- Manage and reconcile properties and transactions
- Plan and execute overall Channel expansion
- Participate in on-ground activities such as Events, Roadshows, Roving
- Review and develop retail operations processes
