Account Manager – B2B Commercial Construction & Renovation

Job Role

The Account Manager in this sector is primarily responsible for managing and expanding relationships with business clients (e.g., property developers, contractors, design firms, facility managers) and ensuring the successful delivery of construction and renovation services. You act as the main liaison between the customer and the company, supporting both business growth and client satisfaction. Typical expected delivery are preparing and sales quotations and proposal, negotiating contracts and obtaining signed agreements, planning of revenue and projects forecast for the account, reporting on client meetings, project status and updating of CRM for communication through performance dashboards.
