Job Description

Role Purpose

Account executive is responsible for driving the growth of ZO Skin Health within a defined geography by acquiring new accounts and growing existing ones. The role plays a key part in expanding market share, executing strategic plans, and representing the brand with professionalism and integrity in the field.

Core Responsibilities

  • Expand brand presence across assigned territory by acquiring new customers and maximizing performance within existing accounts.
  • Develop and implement quarterly account plans, based on the marketing and education strategies communicated by the company to drive sales and brand engagement.
  • Manage and grow key customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
