Role Overview
- Own and manage an assigned portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships.
- Regularly engage with clients via calls, emails, and meetings to maintain satisfaction.
- Resolve client issues swiftly, coordinating with internal teams when necessary.
- Identify gaps, needs, and opportunities within accounts to drive sales.
- Actively upsell additional features and drive adoption of under-utilized services.
- Track account health metrics and proactively address risks to retention.
- Provide client feedback to product and training teams for continuous improvement.
