Job Description
Job Purpose:
Drive business growth by managing and expanding relationships with clients in both government and private sectors. Promote all services, including Data Protection, Servers, Storage, HCI, Cloud, Backup, and Microsoft Services, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and new business acquisition.
Minimum Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- Certification in sales or account management is an advantage
Minimum Desired Experience:
- 8-10 years IT Technical Sales experience, with emphasis on ICT Client Services (End user devices, Boardroom equipment, end user resources etc.)
- 6-8 years Extensive Account Management and Sales Experience in the Public Sector within the ICT industry
