Summary
IO Digital is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist in managing client relationships, support marketing strategies, and help oversee social media platforms including posting, reporting, and community management.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on all social and digital initiatives, ensuring timely updates, clear communication, and smooth coordination across planned, always‑on, periodic, and ad‑hoc campaigns.
- Take complete ownership of assigned client accounts, serving as the main client‑facing account lead.
- Meet and liaise with clients to understand requirements, review briefs, create contact reports, and debrief internal teams accordingly.
