About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager with strong exposure in Domestic (Pan-India) and APAC recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for client relationship management , requirement analysis , and team coordination to ensure timely and quality delivery across multiple clients, including direct clients and implementation partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients and manage end-to-end recruitment delivery.
Gather detailed requirements from clients and allocate them effectively to the recruitment team.
Manage domestic (Pan-India) and APAC region hiring needs across various industries and domains.
Build and maintain strong relationships with direct clients, implementation partners, and delivery teams.
