Qualifications Minimum of 7 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding environment end to end process 3 years’ experience in a customer servicing role Matric (essential) Sales / Marketing / Supply Chain or Logistics Management Qualification (Advantageous) Computer packages: Office 365 (Teams, One Note, Forms), MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Cargowise Duties and Responsibilities Daily Assist with any queries customers may have and work with operations in updating and resolving as required. Compile RFQs & sign off estimates when required. Monitor the communication and distribution of status reports. Assist and support the operation any ‘out-of-ordinary’ freight requirements, such as COD’s or hand carries. Weekly Monitor status reports for any issues and convey concerns to customer logistics.
