Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen client relationships by identifying opportunities for new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and exceptional service delivery.
- Collaborate with creative, project, and operations teams to develop event concepts, proposals, and end-to-end execution plans.
- Oversee project progress by tracking timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather client feedback, and identify opportunities for repeat business and service enhancement.
