What you'll do
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Export Customers, building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.Develop and execute customer engagement plans with Regional Managers, including leading regular calls, coordinating site visits, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.Manage customer forecasting and ordering processes, including requesting forecasts, conducting regular reviews to optimise ordering profiles, and ensuring timely receipt of firm orders.Proactively communicate delivery updates, m...
