Job Description

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Drive **business development** and create new opportunities in emerging markets (Industrial High Power, AI/Robotics)
+ Manage and grow **Distributor (Disty) business** and channel partners
+ Develop and execute **account strategies and business plans**
+ Achieve **sales targets (revenue, design-in, pipeline)**
+ Provide **technical sales support** and collaborate with FAE/BU teams
