Lyft's Healthcare & Community Access team is changing the way state Medicaid agencies, transportation brokers, and transit authorities think about non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) and paratransit. We work with the largest NEMT brokers, state and federal healthcare agencies, and transit authorities in the country to improve access to care and essential services for the riders who need it most.
