Job Purpose The Inside Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of Commercial and Large Enterprise clients by delivering an exceptional customer experience, driving revenue growth, and ensuring long-term account retention. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients, providing consultative sales support across StarHub's suite of enterprise telco. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Commercial and Large Enterprise accounts, ensuring strong client relationships and high service standards. Demonstrate strong knowledge of telecommunications and ICT solutions, including connectivity, mobility, workspace collaboration, and related enterprise services.
