Position Summary- This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of IT vertical accounts on the commercial side, covering relationships, pricing, scope management, escalations, and account growth. You will act as the primary commercial owner for assigned customers, ensuring smooth coordination between internal operations and external stakeholders while driving sustainable revenue growth and margin discipline.
- You will work closely with senior team members during a structured onboarding phase and transition into full ownership of live customer accounts within the first 90 days
- Own a portfolio of IT vertical accounts end-to-end from a commercial perspective, including relationships, pricing, scope, escalations, and growth.
- Transition accounts from senior team members through a structured handover process during the initial onboarding period.
