Overview
Leadership:
- Build positive and collaborative relationships both within the direct team and across the wider business
- Build productive relationships with external partners including suppliers & partner agencies
- Inspire, motivate and mentor broader teams to develop business‑oriented and creative content and social solutions on client briefs
- Positively and proactively support new business and pitch opportunities
- Responsible for the line management, development and overall quality and delivery of work by the broader Chemistry team, along with the Chemistry Business Head
- Skillfully manage up to Sr Teams, seeking support and advice
