Job Description

A client in the technology and life sciences sector is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join the team for a 12-month fixed-term contract.

You will take ownership of client delivery, strengthen relationships and ensure that customers gain continuous value from data-driven products. You will report into a senior leader within the client's global operations organisation and play a key role in stabilising and developing the account management function.
