We are currently working with one of the UK's largest managed services providers looking for a results-driven Account Manager to join their organisation. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of mid-market clients, driving revenue growth while building and maintaining strong, strategic relationships
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of around 100 mid-market accounts, identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximise revenue potential
Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to each client's business objectives and needs
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
