Job Description
Responsibilities
- Serves as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Generate sales for a portfolio of accounts and reach the company’s sales target
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing and new clients
- Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Forecasts and tracks client account metrics
- Keep records of client transactions
- Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients to ensure consistent service
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives
- Meet time deadlines for accounts
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in person meetings
- Prepares for the necessary reports and analysis needed by the company
