Job Purpose:
Responsible in maintaining and increasing the utilization of assigned venue and to ensure that the venue will continue to generate the expected revenue and achieve set targets.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and assess market and trends
- Recommend key initiatives and strategies to increase sales and occupancy
- Manage existing accounts and acquire new accounts
- Determine the sales targets
- Ensure timely collections of payments
- Consistently monitor and follow-up documentation from different departments
- Prepare business plans and sales reports
- Monitor creation and updates of accounts and billings
- Update the master list of accounts consistently
