You have at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing client accounts in a marketing or digital agency environment .
You are not a VA and not a salesperson .
You are confident owning client relationships, coordinating delivery, and keeping multiple marketing projects moving at once.
Your written and spoken English is genuinely C2 or native level , without relying on AI tools.
You are calm under pressure, structured by default, and trusted by clients.
