Job Description
NB: this position is based in Montreal.
Working alongside our experienced Enterprise team, your role will be to support our key account clients in booking their events, from the initial briefing to the signing of the contract, as well as in the deployment of our solution.
You will play a key role in converting a lead into a satisfied and loyal customer. To achieve this, you will need to understand the specific needs of customers, establish transparent and trusting relationships, facilitate their progress through the sales cycle and support them until the deals are closed. Rigorous and personalised follow-up is essential in managing requests.
You will also contribute to the development of your dedicated portfolio by carrying out sales and communication activities to promote our offer to bookers and build their loyalty.
