You’ll manage a portfolio of existing customers, focusing on retention and growth. You’ll be the main point of contact, building strong relationships, reducing churn, and driving product adoption, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own retention and renewal outcomes for your customer portfolio
- Identify at-risk accounts and implement save strategies
- Drive Net Revenue Retention through upsell and cross-sell
- Build trusted customer relationships with regular engagement
- Deliver training and support to increase product adoption
- Act as escalation point for customer issues
- Maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts
