Overview
As an account manager, you are responsible for running client accounts on both executional and strategic levels. You are the point of contact for your accounts, maintaining strong relationships with day-to-day and mid-level clients. Internally, you manage your account associates to successfully execute PR campaigns and support the account director with strategic planning and counsel.
Responsibilities- Serve as the executional point of contact for your clients, proactively leading conversations on day-to-day counsel and work, and owning strong client relationships.
- Lead on regular client meetings, presentations, and reporting.
- Lead the executional-level team on implementing sound earned and paid PR tactics to drive campaigns to success, while tracking timelines and budgets.
