Role Overview
Account Manager – Retail, Dunedin, NewZealand. The role covers the lower South Island territory where the successful candidate will drive sales growth and strengthen relationships with retail partners.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a structured territory call plan, prioritising customers to achieve sales and execution targets.
- Build strong relationships with customers and deliver high levels of customer service and commercial support.
- Drive in‑store execution, including distribution, merchandising, displays and promotional activity.
- Pre‑sell promotions, support brand activations (including tastings and staff education) and increase brand visibility.
- Maintain CRM records, monitor competitor activity, manage stock or delivery issues, and communicate customer updates internally.
