The Account Manager is the Trusted Advisor for our established customer base. They focus on maintaining and growing long-term relationships with electrical contractors and industrial users by providing deep technical expertise and proactive project support.
Pillar 1: Know Your Customer (Relationship & Market Mastery)
- Account Stewardship: Develop and execute a comprehensive account plan that identifies key account pipelines and growth opportunities.
- Loyalty Architecture: Move beyond a vendor role by understanding customer project lifecycles and technical requirements.
- Market Intelligence: Act as the voice of the customer by providing feedback on competitor activity and emerging product needs to the Regional and Branch Managers.
