TheTournamentAccountManager works as a team member within theTournamentsteam sharing knowledge, information and valuable client feedback with other colleagues toassistin the formulation and implementation of strategies that create an outstanding ticketing service to our clients.
TheTournament Account Manageris responsible forthedevelopmentand maintenance of all events and information sold through Ticketmaster for the Rugby World Cup 2027 tournament.The teamarespecifically responsible for the building of events, advanced event configurations, event amendments management, inventory changes, price changes/promotionsand event quality assurance. TheTournament Account Managerteamprovidea professional,timelyservice, taking ownership of issues and requests with aclient-focused approach.
