Key Performance AreasMarket the Company, its Products, Solutions, and continuously improve the Client’s perception of the Company.
Responsibilities Have a good understanding of client organisational structure, environment, decision‑making process, KPIs, projects, strategic direction, and procurement cycles; understand the competitive landscape. Provide continuous product and solutions updates to clients. Day‑to‑day manage current clients and generate new business. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets. Maintain and grow market share within the Corporate Sector. Provide weekly feedback on pipelines and quotations, and strategic initiatives for projects. Conduct and submit monthly sales forecasting. Update sales tools and relevant systems, including the Customer Information Sheet.
