Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Account Manager to support the company’s financial operations and client account management. The candidate must be familiar with foreign currency exchange calculations and able to handle multi-currency transactions accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company accounts and maintain proper financial records
- Handle invoicing, payment tracking and account reconciliation
- Perform foreign currency exchange calculations and monitor exchange rate differences
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal departments regarding payment matters
- Prepare financial reports and assist in monthly closing
- Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Liaise with banks, auditors and external parties when required
