We run strategy, creative, production, and account management under one roof. We're hiring an Account Manager to own a portfolio of ID firm clients on our Branding and Marketing programmes - from strategy and copywriting to campaign execution and client reporting. What you'll do Manage a portfolio of ID firm clients - lead weekly check-ins, handle onboarding through renewal Write ad copy, video scripts, social captions, and production briefs for Meta, TikTok, and Instagram Run Meta campaigns (CBO/ABO structure), review performance weekly, and refresh creative bi-weekly Be the day-to-day client contact - communicate clearly, handle escalations, set expectations Deliver monthly performance reports with insights that shape the next creative direction Brief and coordinate with videographers, photographers, and the production team What we're looking for 2-4+ years ...
