As an Account Manager at AKA Asia, you’ll drive day‑to‑day client relationships, lead integrated campaigns, and manage cross‑functional teams to deliver bold, insight‑led work that gets people talking. You’ll be a key contact for clients, ensuring projects run smoothly from strategy through execution, across PR, digital, and social.
Responsibilities Client Handling- Provide sound advice to clients on achieving PR objectives and goals
- Put together a timeline of agreed activity for sign off by your AD and client
- Set proper client expectations and develop achievable KPIs
- Maintain discipline in the team on delivery against agreed timelines
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular contact (phone and face‑to‑face)
- Monitor issues relevant to client’s business
- Keep up to date on your client’s industry especially competitor activity
