The role of Account Manager – SME is an exciting new role as a part of an expanding team in the Account Management team. You will be responsible for the in-life management and retention of our fastest growing areas in the business.

This role is office based in Crewe, and you’ll be a part of a vibrant office environment. The key to success in this role is to have a strong will to be customer-focused with an appetite for customer retention and upsell. You will report into our Retentions Manager.

Your key responsibilities day to day will be…

  • Making daily calls to aligned customers
  • Retain and renew customer contracts
  • Upselling into customer accounts
  • Driving cross-company referrals
  • Developing learning of Radius’ product portfolio with the ability to fully explain features and benefits of our products.
  • Working closely with key partners across the major networks.
