R 20 000 - R 25 000 + Commission Duties & Responsibilities MUST have experience in Connectivity – Fiber – Direct Sales Professionally and efficiently manage customer telephonic and email engagement with a view to maximizing customer satisfaction. Support all other team members and their associated database of clients (telephonic, order placing, quoting, delivery, POD’s, queries, payments etc.) Update tracking documents to ensure customer detail accuracy and allow proactive marketing. Follow up on outbound marketing campaigns. Ensure customer awareness of incentives through telephonic and electronic engagement. Deal with and efficiently direct all internal and customer related queries. Develop, understand and engage in process, procedures and back office management. Achieve allocated targets.
