At our client’s offices, the Account Manager is responsible, and accountable, for the day-to-day management of the individual client relationship. You will provide operational excellence, exceptional customer service skills, negotiation abilities, crisis management experience, process and project management skills and reporting.
The sought individual will be responsible for managing and overseeing the complete process from conception through to completion and ensuring that Client expectations are exceeded and projects delivered on time, every time. It is therefore essential that interested parties have the technical print knowledge to assist Clients through each step of a Campaign.
