Summary:

This position covers commercial responsibilities of Specialty Additives（SA） such as silane, industrial process release agent, antifoam, agriculture adjuvant mainly covering all the commercial related activities in Japan. the position is expected to deliver consistent business growth in Japanese Market. In addition, lead the project for agriculture spreading agents into Japan market.

スペシャルティ・アディティブ事業の中でシランカップリング剤、シリコーン系工業プロセス用離型剤、消泡剤、農薬用添加剤などの機能性添加剤を中心に、国内の営業活動全般をカバーし、日本市場のビジネスの成長を実現いただきます。特に、農薬用展着剤の日本拡販についてリードしていただきます。

Responsibilities Include:

Work towards agreed yearly commercial plan in order to continuously grow SA business while ensuring the alignment with the overall Japan commercial strategy.

Work towards expanding business of Agriculture spreading agents into Japan Market and achieving our sales targets.
