Account Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, develop and improve the day to day client relationship
- Act as the account lead for assigned accounts based on the Client Value Proposition
- Understand commercial underwriting process and propose appropriate policy terms to existing clients to ensure profitability and quality of customer portfolio
- Negotiate the best possible policy terms for the company while delivering a high standard of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate closely with different internal functions (Claims, Policy Management and Credit Risk)
- Maintain solid relationship with insurance brokers, sales agents as well as clients
- Capable of setting up renewal strategies and deliver high retention ratio and growth for the portfolio and meet company targets
