As a Account Manager within Global Sales & Marketing team in Taiwan, you will grow market share and manage profitability across assigned core accounts. You will prepare and/or implement financial and non-financial plans to achieve account objectives, while developing and maintaining strategic customer relationships to increase penetration and strengthen Molex’s share position within the account(s).
Our Team
You will work within the GSM organization and partner closely with a broad internal network including Regional Sales, GIG, Sales Planning, CGA, RPM, Satellite PM, GPM, Demand Planning, MQA, and CSR, while engaging directly with customers. This role is highly cross-functional and focused on aligning commercial strategy, operational execution, and customer success across the account ecosystem.
