As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing assigned business units within a key customer account and driving profitable growth for Molex. This role owns both new demand creation and defense of existing business, serving as the primary interface between Molex and the customer while educating stakeholders on the value Molex brings. The position operates with a high degree of autonomy and requires close collaboration across multiple internal functions to ensure customer and business success.
Our Team
You will be part of Molex’s Account Management within the Global Sales & Marketing organization, working closely with cross‑functional partners across Product Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance. This team plays a critical role in aligning customer needs with Molex’s capabilities and delivering coordinated, end‑to‑end solutions that support long‑term customer relationships and growth.
