Mission Of Function
The position is responsible for managing and nurturing existing Retail customers within the assigned segment, with the objective of ensuring customer retention, satisfaction, and account growth. It also aims to promote and generate sales within the portfolio by identifying opportunities for account development, account acquisition from customers affiliated with existing accounts, energy solutions and services, and cross‑selling, contributing to the achievement of established sales and market share targets for the Retail Supply portfolio.
