Job Description
- Attending walk-in and phone inquiries for wedding venues, company outing and swimming.
- Coordinate with clients regarding the details of their upcoming wedding such as name of their suppliers, time and church for their ceremony, their chosen venue for reception and if there are use for Ananda House.
- Facilitate during the event proper.
- Promote Club Ananda thru text blast.
- Coordinate with Marketing for Club Ananda promos, packages, exhibits.
- Accommodate walk in guest for swimming.
- Safekeeping of collected payments from swimming and corkage fees.
- Weekly income of Club Ananda.
- Revolving Fund Replenishment.
- Reservation for Wedding ,Swimming, Prenup shoot, use of Ananda House and Trekking.
- Printing of Wedding Packages.
- Printing of Calendar Events.
- Performs other functions as may be ...
