Responsibilities
- Promote and sell teacher’s loan products to potential customers.
- Maintain and manage client accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate records.
- Provide expert guidance on loan product offerings, particularly tailored for teachers.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate loan products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan application and approval processes.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay updated with market trends, loan product offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Prepare and present reports on account activity, loan performance, and sales results.
