Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare account opening documents using TrackWizz system
- Track and monitor account opening processes end-to-end
- Generate MIS reports for senior management
- Client profiling across systems such as NSDL-DPM, Exchange-UCC, KRA, CKYC, Wealth Spectrum, Trade Plus, BSE Star, and NSE MF
- Ensure all KYC, FATCA, and regulatory documentation is accurate and compliant with SEBI guidelines and internal policies
- Manage and oversee the account onboarding team
- Handle and support internal/external audits
Required Systems Knowledge:
- eKYC
- Broking & NSDL Back-office
- Exchange Platforms – UCC, KRA, CKYC
Preferred (Added Advantage):
- Wealth Spectrum
- TrackWizz
- Trade Plus
- NSE MF
Key Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with RMs, SRMs, and clients
- Proficiency in MS Excel
