Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to support our Finance Department. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to accounting operations and financial processes within a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Timely and accurately process VIM invoices
- Ensure that our reference number (charge code) is embedded and imprinted on all invoices and ensure that proof of delivery or service is provided
- Perform reconciliation against Vendor’s Statement of Accounts (SOA)
- Liaise closely with Vendors in regard to vendor invoice or other related matters
- Download invoices
- Perform reclass and prepare journals
- Assist with Accounts Payable closing tasks
- Work closely with Logistics on freight expenses related matters
- Provide assistance to Finance Team (Buddy system)
- Other ad-hoc matters
