Account Payable Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Accounts Payable Payments team, ensuring efficient daily operations and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee invoice review and processing activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage payment execution processes, including checks, ACH, wire transfers, and other payment methods.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships while resolving payment-related inquiries and discrepancies.
- Supervise reconciliations between AP records and vendor statements, ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and company policies.
- Prepare payment status reports, AP metrics, and management insights to support business decisions.
