- Meticulous individual with an eye for details
- Demonstrates good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft office especially Microsoft Power Point, Excel and Qlikview
- Serve as a generalist and subject matter expert in account services, and work closely with internal stakeholders
- Authorize and handle complex processes related to judicial management, requiring specialized skills and experience
- Manage a diverse range of complex cases, including bankruptcy/voluntary liquidation, injunction/discovery/garnishee order, bailors/maintenance enforcement order, unsound mind cases, lasting power of attorney (LPA) and revocation, and deceased handling
- Liaise with external parties, such as legal representatives, government agencies, and other stakeholders, to ensure efficient and effective case management
