Job Description
Our client is seeking an Accountant 2 to support daily accounting operations, reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and experience supporting month-end and year-end financial processes in a professional accounting environment.
- Prepare daily journal entries related to cash receipts and disbursements
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Prepare monthly cash reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations
- Analyze financial data and identify irregularities within general ledger accounts
- Support revenue recognition activities related to fee-for-service operations
