Responsibilities
- Perform bank statement postings and reconcile bank accounts and petty cash.
- Assist the chief accountant in preparing information for internal and external audits.
- Ensure the timeliness of bank payments.
- Calculate and prepare tax returns.
- Audit financial transactions and documents.
- Send reports to headquarters.
- Track payments to internal and external stakeholders.
- Process tax payments and returns.
- Track and record expenses.
- Review changes in fixed assets.
- Review and cross‑check advances to employees.
- Review and register the payroll interface.
- Close inventories.
- Review P&L.
- Run depreciation transactions.
Education and Qualifications
Holds a relevant accounting qualification (Certified Accountant).
