Responsibilities and Main Tasks
Prepare and maintain balance sheet reconciliations for varying complexities of balance sheet reconciliations ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission for management review and approval.Perform and support reconciliation activities while actively contributing to the identification, design, and implementation of automation opportunities across assigned processes and the broader Center of Excellence (COE). Partner with stakeholders to improve process scalability, strengthen operational controls, enhance efficiency, and reduce manual effort through continuous process improvement and automation initiatives.Demonstrate an understanding of assigned balance sheet accounts, including related upstream and downstream processes and key operational dependencies.Complete timely and accurate analytical reviews of reconciliations within scope, investigating variances and supporting resolution efforts.Sup...
