Responsibilities:
- Process cashbook and recons of all bank accounts
- Process petty cash and recons of 3 branches
- Monthly recons of balance sheet accounts
- Quarterly internal audit balance sheet, include recons of all accounts
- Receive stock on Evolution, ensure prices are correct
- Prepare month end reports, ensure debtors and creditors are complete
- Review expenses for accuracy throughout the month
- Prepare and finalise management accounts for FM reviews and present during Exco
- Assist with preparation for year-end audit
- Manage expense control and expense analysis
- Prepare staff clockings time reports for month-end payroll
