Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full accounting function, including but not limited to:
- Processing General Ledger entries and reconciling cashbooks
- Performing monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Maintaining the Fixed Assets Register
- Preparing, reconciling, and submitting VAT returns and payments
- Conducting weekly cash flow forecasting
- Analysing expenses and financial data
- Preparing and analysing management reports
- Assisting the Finance Director (FD) and Finance Manager (FM) as needed
Skills & Experience Required:
- Completed B.Com Accounting degree
- 5-8 years of relevant accounting experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (Pastel and BPO) and advanced MS Excel skills
